SPNEC starts after initial asset buyout

SPNEC has acquired shares in Solar Philippines Tarlac Corp. and Solar Philippines Rooftop Corp., with a consolidated capacity of over 100 MW of operational solar power plants, plus one other under construction with over 50 MW.
