Out of the 10 initial public offerings (IPOs) made on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) in 2021, Solar Philippines Nueva Ecija Corp. (SPNEC) emerged as the top performer of the year with as much as 38 percent increase from its offer price days after its market debut.
